- Execute high-volume outbound cold calling campaigns using advanced dialer systems with thousands of qualified leads
- Handle inbound calls from interested prospects who have responded to marketing campaigns
- Complete full sales cycles from initial contact through credit card processing and deal closure
- Sell vacation packages ranging from $199 to $999 depending on campaign type and customer needs
- Follow proven, engaging sales scripts designed to convert prospects into satisfied customers
- Process secure payment transactions and collect customer information to finalize bookings
- Maintain consistent call volume targets of 30-50 calls per day for inbound campaigns, with higher volumes for outbound
- Utilize CRM systems and dialer platforms to efficiently manage lead progression and customer interactions
Requirements
- Proven sales experience with demonstrated ability to close deals over the phone
- Strong background in cold calling and outbound sales campaign execution
- Comfortable handling payment processing and credit card transactions
- Reliable home office setup with high-speed internet and professional computer equipment
- Excellent English communication skills for seamless interaction with US-based customers
- Results-oriented mindset with enthusiasm for commission-based compensation structures
