Job Description:
The Shop Attendant will handle customer purchases, maintain product displays, manage stock levels, and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should be reliable, polite, and able to work efficiently in a busy environment. This role operates on a rotating shift basis, with attendants working either 7:00am – 4:00pm or 12:00pm – 9:00pm, depending on the weekly schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
• Attend to customers and process sales transactions.
• Keep the shop clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Handle cash and balance sales records at the end of each day.
• Assist with packaging baked goods and restocking shelves.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries.
