We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Shop Attendant to support daily shop operations. The ideal candidate will assist customers, manage product displays, and help maintain a clean and organized shopping environment.
Job Description:
The Shop Attendant will be responsible for attending to customers in a polite and professional manner while ensuring the shop runs smoothly on a daily basis. This role involves assisting customers with product inquiries, arranging items on shelves, and maintaining proper stock organization.
The successful candidate will ensure the shop is clean, welcoming, and well-arranged at all times. They will also monitor stock levels, report shortages or damaged goods, and assist with restocking. During busy periods, the Shop Attendant may support sales activities and work closely with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and attend to customers professionally

• Arrange, restock, and organize items on shelves
• Maintain cleanliness and order within the shop
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages
• Support sales and promotional activities
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
