Job Description:
BAUER International FZE is looking for a Tender Engineer to join our Pre-Contracts & Tendering team. The role involves the preparation and evaluation of technical and commercial tenders, with a strong focus on cost estimation, risk analysis, and competitive proposal development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing tender documents (technical, commercial & contractual)
- Preparing cost estimates, BOQs & project evaluations
- Conducting risk-chance analysis
- Coordinating with suppliers & subcontractors
- Preparing and submitting competitive tender proposals
- Supporting post-tender activities & project handovers
Requirements:
- 6–8 years of experience
- Strong background in piling, foundations, or ground improvement
- Solid experience in BOQ, cost estimation & pre-tendering
- Ability to handle techno-commercial evaluations & risk analysis
- Experience working on tenders end-to-end
- Proficiency in Candy software is essential
