We are currently seeking a part-time ACCA Lecturer to join our team on a flexible work schedule across a number of areas: Business, Accounting, Finance, Audit & Assurance, and Taxation. 

Your Mission:

  • Deliver high-quality, engaging ACCA exam preparation courses, including classes, and revision sessions, ensuring content is aligned with the latest ACCA syllabus.
  • Prepare lesson plans, course materials, and mock exams, tailoring content to the specific needs of the students.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to students, offering additional support to students who may need help with complex topics.
  • Monitor student progress through assessments and feedback, ensuring students are on track to pass their exams.
  • Collaborate with other subject-matter experts within the firm to deliver an integrated learning experience.
  • Contribute to the development of training materials and resources to enhance learning experiences.
  • Stay up to date with changes in the ACCA syllabus, accounting standards, and industry best practices.

 

About You:

Along with the subject matter expertise, the Lecturer must:

  • Have a qualification in Business, Finance, or Accounting or ACCA Qualification
  • Experience in teaching or lecturing ACCA or accountancy's-related courses is considered an asset.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for students at various levels.
  • Proven ability to motivate and support students in a fast-paced learning environment.
  • Familiarity with a variety of teaching methods, including face-to-face and virtual learning.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and students.
  • A passion for professional development and commitment to continuous learning
