RESPONSIBILITIES
✓ Prepare and maintain up-to-date financial records including receipts, invoices, bank statements, and reconciliations.
✓ Process payments (payroll, vendor, utility, tax, etc.) in a timely and accurate manner.
✓ Maintain the daily cash book, petty cash register, and reconcile all payment platforms
✓ Track all client and guest payments from AirBnB, Booking.com, and direct bookings.
✓ Manage accounts receivable/payable and follow up on outstanding balances.
✓ Generate monthly financial reports for management and property owners.
✓ Ensure compliance with statutory financial requirements (Taxes, SSNIT, etc.)
✓ Maintain confidentiality of financial records and ensure data integrity.
✓ Collaborate with colleagues to maximize guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and responsive approach to enquiry and problem resolution.
✓ Support internal audits and provide documentation as required.
✓ Provide general administrative support
✓ Conduct inventory control and stock taking
✓ Prepare and maintain ledgers; posting entries to accounting software
✓ Any other duties to be assigned by management
