ACCOUNTING/FINANCE OFFICER

Job Description

The Accounting / Finance Officer will be responsible for handling daily financial records, monitoring cash flow, managing inventory records, and supporting budgeting and financial planning. She will work closely with management and the team to ensure sound financial practices and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Key Responsibilities 

• Accurately record all daily sales, income, and expenses
• Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports for management review
• Conduct regular stock taking and maintain accurate inventory records
• Monitor cash flow and assist with budgeting and basic financial planning
• Suggest practical cost-saving and profitability-improving ideas
• Properly file and organize financial documents and receipts
• Perform other finance-related duties as assigned
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business goals
