Job Description:
The Apprenticeship Training Programme is designed to combine practical training with technical education, ensuring participants gain both the knowledge and experience needed for future employment or self-employment.
Participants will undergo structured, supervised training under experienced professionals who provide step-by-step guidance in modern engineering techniques, safety practices, and tool handling. Trainees will also be introduced to problem-solving and diagnostic methods used in real workshop settings.
In addition to hands-on training, participants may receive basic lessons in workshop management, teamwork, and customer service — key skills that enhance employability and entrepreneurial success.
Graduates of the program will be well-prepared for work in mechanical workshops, electrical services, automobile bodywork and spraying centers, or to start their own technical businesses.
Key Training Areas:
• Mechanical Engineering: Maintenance, repair, and assembly of machines and vehicles.
• Electrical Engineering: Installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems and components.
• Bodyworks: Vehicle panel beating, dent repair, and metal restoration.
• Spraying: Automotive painting, finishing, and color mixing techniques.

• NVTI Level I & II / HND holders
