EDUCATION:
Minimum: Bachelor degree in relevant field (Aquaculture and Water Resources Management, Fisheries Science, Aquatic Sciences).
EXPERIENCE:
- 1–3 years catfish Hatchery operations and management experience.
- 1–2 years Pond Culture operations and Management in Tilapia and Catfish rearing.
- 1–2 years management experience or demonstrated knowledge in a leadership role.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
- Excellent knowledge in freshwater aquaculture and water resources, catfish hatchery management, and pond culture.
- Very good in scientific research and experimenting.
- Very good swimming skills.
