ASSISTANT ACADEMIC HEAD

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS 
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, Curriculum Studies, or a related field  
Master’s degree in Educational Leadership, Administration, or related discipline preferred  
Professional teaching qualification/licensure  
Strong background in academic administration and instructional leadership  
Experience supervising teachers, Heads of Department, and academic teams  
Experience in curriculum supervision, examination management, and learner assessment  
Experience designing and facilitating teacher professional development programs  
Knowledge of educational technology and digital academic management systems  
Strong understanding of pedagogy, instructional delivery, and learner development  
Experience in educational reporting and academic strategy implementation
