A well-established company is currently recruiting for an Assistant Camp Boss (Offshore) in Ghana
Assist the Camp Boss in the general management of the services at the Site
Minimum Requirements:
Diploma in Hospitality Management/ Catering Management or over 3 years experience in camp/ hotel management.
Trained in Food Hygiene, first aid at work, Health abs safety in the workplace.
Valid Offshore certificates.
Offshore experience is a mandatory requirement for the role.
Communication skills generate reports and training materials, and good verbal communication skills to delegate tasks to other crew members.
Three (3) years experience in the field.
Exceptional interpersonal skills..
Responsibilities:
Assist the Camp Boss in the general management of the services at the Site
Coordinate and supervise staff to cook meals on the agreed menu
Control and manage all catering and cleaning stocks on board.
Adherence to all EHS Standards.
