 JOB DESCRIPTION 
The Business Development Intern will support the growth of the organization by assisting in identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to sales and marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals interested in gaining hands-on experience in business strategy, client engagement, and market research.  


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Assist in identifying and researching potential clients and business opportunities
  • Support lead generation and follow-up on prospective clients
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and business pitches
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Support client relationship management and communication
  • Assist in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies
  • Maintain records of leads, client interactions, and business activities
  • Provide general administrative support to the business development team


 
REQUIREMENTS

  • Recent graduate or final-year student in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Good research and analytical abilities
  • Basic knowledge of sales and marketing principles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
