Business Development Manager

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to penetrate the Ghanaian market and achieve sales targets.

Identify and prioritize potential clients and strategic partners in telecommunications, financial institutions, and government agencies.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, understanding their needs and positioning our solutions effectively.

Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing deals.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions to client requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering value-added services.

Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making and identify growth opportunities.

PII DATA PROCESSOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Design, create, and implement IT processes and systems that would enable the data controller to gather personal data.

Use tools and strategies to gather personal data.

Implement security measures that would safeguard personal data.

Store personal data gathered by the data controller.

Transfer PII data from the data controller to another organization and vice versa.

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Proven track record of success in business development and sales, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the software industry.

Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth, negotiate contracts, and close deals in a competitive market environment.

Strong understanding of the Ghanaian landscape, with existing networks and relationships. Relationships in telecommunications, financial services, or government sectors will be an added advantage.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, influence stakeholders, and articulate complex solutions effectively.
