Job Description
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow the company’s customer base and revenue streams. This role involves identifying new markets, presenting compelling sales proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing high-value deals while maintaining strong client relationships.

• Identify and pursue new business and market opportunities
• Develop and present persuasive sales pitches and proposals
• Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals
• Build and maintain strong professional networks and partnerships
• Negotiate contracts and close profitable deals
• Analyze market trends to support strategic decision-making
• Solve business and client-related challenges effectively
• Provide regular business development reports to management
