IT CONSULTING:
Our client, a fast-growing IT solutions provider, is seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Officer. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in drafting and writing proposals, identifying business opportunities, and building relationships to drive company growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Research and identify new business opportunities, potential clients, and partnerships.
• Draft, write, and submit high-quality proposals, tenders, and business documentation.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive customer retention and acquisition.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design tailored IT solutions for clients.
• Conduct market analysis to identify industry trends, competitive positioning, and new revenue streams.
• Represent the company at client meetings, networking events, and business forums.
• Prepare business development reports, sales forecasts, and performance updates for management.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
• A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (with proven business development experience) will also be considered.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business development, proposal writing, or sales (preferably in the IT/technology sector).
• Proven ability to generate new business and achieve sales targets.
• Excellent proposal writing, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business development tools
BENEFITS: Salary:
Earn a salary of GHS 4, 500 to GHS 6, 000 (NET), based on experience and qualifications.
