Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and prepare daily meals, including local and continental cuisine.
  • Maintain high standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
  • Manage food inventory and place orders to ensure kitchen stock is sufficient.
  • Train and supervise kitchen assistants or junior cooks.
  • Monitor food portions and minimize waste.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Adapt menus based on seasonal availability and customer preferences.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.

Requirements:

  • Must be between 25 and 40 years old.
  • Proven experience as a Chef or Cook (minimum 2–3 years preferred).
  • Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be reliable, disciplined, and professional.

1,500 - 2,500 GHS
