CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER (CEO)

Role Overview
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will provide strategic leadership, drive business growth, and ensure the overall success and sustainability of the organization. The ideal candidate will combine strong commercial acumen with leadership excellence to position the company as a leading media brand in the region and beyond.

Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic direction and overall leadership for the organization
Drive revenue growth through innovative commercial strategies and partnerships
Oversee operations, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and high performance
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, advertisers, and partners
Lead, inspire, and develop a high‑performing management team
Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards
Represent the organization publicly and enhance its brand visibility

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (MBA or equivalent is an advantage)
Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably as a CEO, General Manager, or Director
Strong background in commercial activities, including revenue generation, business development, and strategic partnership

Requirements
Demonstrated ability to drive growth and deliver measurable business results
Experience in the media industry is an added advantage, not a requirement
Strong financial and analytical skills
