JOB DESCRIPTION
- Lead maintenance & repairs for hauling fleet (trucks, trailers)
- Ensure vehicle safety & efficiency
- Diagnose issues, plan repairs, & oversee technicians
- Implement preventive maintenance programs
- Manage parts inventory & budgets. Focus on rugged conditions, local parts sourcing, & minimizing downtime.
REQUIREMENTS
- 20 years experience
- Degree in Auto Mechanical Engineering
- Must be proficient working on DAF, MAN, HOWO trucks, etc.
