Role Overview
The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Group, ensure efficient execution of strategy, drive performance across departments, and build strong operational systems that support growth and profitability.
This role requires a hands-on leader with strong execution, people management, and business optimization experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee and manage all daily operations across departments
• Translate company strategy into actionable operational plans
• Drive operational efficiency, productivity, and cost control
• Set KPIs and performance targets for departments and monitor execution
• Supervise department heads and enforce accountability
• Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements
• Work closely with Finance to manage budgets, control costs, and improve profitability
• Ensure optimal utilization of company resources
• Strengthen internal controls, reporting, and compliance
• Identify operational risks and implement mitigation measures
• Support revenue growth initiatives and profit optimization
• Build a strong performance-driven culture across the organization
Requirements
• 10–15 years experience in operations or general management
• Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role (COO, GM, Operations Director, etc.)
• Strong leadership, execution, and decision-making skills
• Proven experience managing cross-functional teams
• Solid understanding of business operations and financial performance
