We’re looking for a hands-on CTO who thrives in a lean startup environment—someone who can lead, build, and scale technology while inspiring a young, motivated team.

What You’ll Do:
● Define and execute the technology roadmap aligned with business goals.
● Lead development of our core platforms (mobile, web, APIs).
● Ensure security, reliability, and scalability across all products.
● Mentor and grow a young tech team, balancing speed with discipline.
● Manage technology budgets and make smart build vs. buy decisions.
● Drive continuous improvement through agile practices and customer-focused innovation.

What We’re Looking For:
● 5+ years in software engineering; 2+ years leading teams.
● Proven experience building and scaling SaaS, fintech, or digital platforms.
● Strong technical knowledge (APIs, cloud infrastructure, security).
● Builder’s mindset: resourceful, fast-moving, and pragmatic.
● Excellent leadership and communication skills.
