CINEMATOGRAPHER

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Produce high-quality cinematic visuals for Royal Kingdom Estate marketing campaigns.
Capture high-quality videos of estates, construction progress, and property launches.
Plan and execute shoots (drone, gimbal, interviews).
Design lighting and composition to showcase premium property aesthetics.
Collaborate with marketing team on storytelling and brand visuals.
Ensure professional post-production standards.
Accompany the Sales team to capture scheduled and walk-in site viewings with high-quality visual coverage.

REQUIREMENTS
5+ years experience in cinematography or video production.
Strong portfolio (real estate content is a plus).
Skilled in cinematic lighting and camera movement.
Ability to work on-site and meet deadlines.
Strong leadership and collaboration skills with creative and production teams.
Manage full pre-production and post-production processes, including planning, storyboarding, editing, color grading, and final delivery.

TECHNICAL SKILLS
Proficiency in Sony/Canon/Blackmagic or similar cinema cameras and smartphones.
Skilled in Adobe Suite / DaVinci Resolve / CapCut etc.
Strong understanding of framing, color grading & storytelling.
Experience with drone cinematography.
