Overview
Development Bank Ghana (DBG) intends to use part of its budgetary allocation to fund eligible payments for the provision of cleaning services.
DBG hereby invites sealed tenders from qualified and eligible service providers for this contract. The procurement process will be conducted through National Competitive Procurement using a Request for Quotation (RFQ) in accordance with DBG’s Procurement Policy.

- Provision of professional cleaning services for Development Bank Ghana
- Services to be delivered in accordance with DBG’s standards and requirements

Mandatory Statutory Requirements
Tenderers must include the following:
- Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate
- Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
- Valid VAT Registration Certificate
- Certificate of Incorporation / Registration
- Public Procurement Authority (PPA) Registration Certificate
Additional Required Documents
- Registration Form (Form A / Form 3 / Form 4 / Form 17)
- Ultimate Beneficial Owner (UBO) details
- Regulatory License (if applicable)
- Politically Exposed Person (PEP) Declaration Form
- Proof of Address
- Valid IDs for Shareholders and Directors
Additional Information
- Tender documents can be requested via email with a written application
- Documents can be inspected at DBG Procurement Office between 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- Late submissions will not be accepted and will be returned unopened
