Job title: Collection Team Leader
Location: Cool Rates Trading Ghana Limited-EASY BUY, Asylum down Roundabout, Near Circle, Accra
Job Responsibilities:
• Completes month end measurements and implements appropriate action plans on unsatisfactory items;
• Meet all required deadlines;
• Analyze and document for quality assurance;
• Collaborates with manager to schedule the team to ensure proper telephone coverage and approves requests for time off and any schedule changes;
• Meet or exceed monthly individual and departmental budgets;
• Conducts frequent telephone monitoring and dialer coaching sessions;
• Documents all collections activity in a concise and accurate format;
• Assist with fielding staff questions;
• Ensures staff upholds Collection Compliance regulations;
• Review delinquent accounts and take timely and appropriate action to reduce collection risk and maximize total collections;
• Evaluate high risk accounts to implement recommendations for resolution;


Job Requirements:
• Must have a bachelor degree or Diploma in any field;
• Loan Servicing industry experience preferred;
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office , especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;
• Review delinquent accounts and take timely and appropriate action to reduce collection risk and maximize total collections;
• Must have extensive experience collecting severely delinquent, charged-off debt;
• Initiate credits and adjustments to customer accounts within company policy limits;
• Suggest new methods of data capture, analysis and reporting to provide continuous improvement and value to clients served;
• Must have excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication (both written and oral) skills
• Evaluate high risk accounts to implement recommendations for resolution.
