CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Construction Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan, coordinate, and supervise all construction activities on-site
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities
Review project designs, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance
Monitor progress and prepare regular project reports
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations
Oversee procurement of materials and equipment
Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during project execution
Conduct site inspections and quality control checks
Lead and manage site teams, including subcontractors and labor

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 8–12 years relevant experience in construction project management
Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in project management tools and software
Professional certification (e.g., PMP, CIOB) is an added advantage
