CONTENT MODERATOR

Role Overview
As a Content Moderator at Accenture, you will be responsible for reviewing and monitoring user-generated content across digital platforms to ensure it complies with company policies, community guidelines, and legal standards. The role requires strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Review, analyze, and moderate online content including text, images, videos, and user profiles.
Identify and remove content that violates platform policies or community guidelines.
Ensure accuracy and quality while maintaining productivity targets.
Escalate sensitive or complex cases to the appropriate internal teams.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
Follow standard operating procedures and quality guidelines.
Adapt to frequent policy updates and workflow changes.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to work in rotational shifts including night shifts.
Emotional resilience while handling sensitive content.
Team player with good time-management 

skills.
