Responsibilities 

● Guide and support leads through each stage of the sales funnel to boost conversion rates.

 ● Follow up with inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms in a timely and professional manner.

 ● Understand customer needs and provide accurate information to guide decision-making.

 ● Maintain CRM systems with up-to-date lead status and communication logs.

 ● Provide regular reports on conversion metrics and suggest improvements


Requirements 

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing, sales, or engagement role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Understanding of the sales funnel and customer lifecycle
  • Confident telephone manner and persuasive skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Resilient and adaptable under pressure
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Multilingual skills is an added advantage
