Responsibilities
● Guide and support leads through each stage of the sales funnel to boost conversion rates.
● Follow up with inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms in a timely and professional manner.
● Understand customer needs and provide accurate information to guide decision-making.
● Maintain CRM systems with up-to-date lead status and communication logs.
● Provide regular reports on conversion metrics and suggest improvements
