Job Description:
We are looking for qualified and experienced part time tutors to teach cookery and culinary arts modules at our Harare and Bulawayo campuses.

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Curriculum Development: Design, develop, and update course content, including lectures, practical assignments, and learning materials. 
* Instruction and Demonstration: Provide both theoretical knowledge and hands-on instruction in cooking techniques, food preparation, baking, and specific culinary topics like meat, fish, and poultry fabrication. 
* Practical Training: Supervise and guide students in a kitchen setting, ensuring they learn proper food handling, preparation, and sanitation. 
* Safety and Sanitation: Teach students ServSafe principles, kitchen safety, hygiene, and proper food storage and waste management. 
* Equipment and Resource Management: Ensure equipment and supplies are available, in good working order, and that kitchens are clean and organized before and after classes. 
* Student Assessment: Assign and grade practical tasks and assignments and evaluate student performance and progress.

Qualifications and Experience:
* Diploma, Higher National Diploma or Degree in Hotel and Catering, Cookery, Culinary Arts or related programs.
* Professional Qualification in Cookery or Culinary Arts will be an added advantage.
