Job Overview
The Coordinator will support daily administrative and operational activities within the organization. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in digital tools to ensure smooth coordination of tasks and communication across teams.
 
 

Key Responsibilities

 

  •  Coordinate and support day-to-day administrative and operational tasks 
  •  Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation 
  •  Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and internal communications 
  •  Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations as required 
  •  Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders 
  •  Support data entry, tracking, and basic reporting activities 
  •  Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and follow-ups 
  •  Assist in improving workflow efficiency and office organization 


 

Requirements

 

  •  Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 
  •  Strong overall computer and digital literacy 
  •  Fluent in English (written and spoken) 
  •  Strong organizational and multitasking abilities 
  •  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  •  High attention to detail and accuracy 
  •  Ability to work independently and as part of a team 
  •  Prior coordination or administrative experience is an advantage
