CREATIVE WRITER & CONTENT CREATOR (NSP)

About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative storyteller—someone who can write exceptionally well and bring ideas to life through visual content (photography, videography, and short-form video).

This is not a basic content role.
We want someone who can think in concepts, create in multiple formats, and produce content that stands out immediately.

If you naturally see stories in everything, enjoy experimenting with visuals, and know how to create content that captures attention and drives engagement—this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Write compelling, original content (captions, storytelling pieces, campaign content)
• Develop creative concepts for content and campaigns
• Shoot and create high-quality visual content (videos, reels, photography)
• Edit and produce engaging short-form video content (TikTok, Reels, etc.)
• Turn ideas into scroll-stopping content across platforms
• Maintain a strong, consistent, and engaging brand voice
• Stay ahead of trends and creatively adapt them to fit the brand

Who We’re Looking For

• Final-year student eligible for National Service (NSS) in Ghana (2026)
• Strong creative writing and storytelling ability
• Proven skills in videography and/or photography
• Ability to think visually and conceptually—not just execute
• Experience creating content for social media platforms
• Skilled in basic editing tools (CapCut, Canva, Adobe tools, or similar)
• Has a portfolio of creative work (this is very important)
• Naturally creative, proactive, and full of ideas
