Main Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support through emails, calls, and chat

Qualification Needed

  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Good computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer inquiries simultaneously
