DATA ANALYST & CONTROL LEAD

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst & Control Lead to drive data-driven decision-making, performance monitoring, and internal control systems within a premium healthcare practice. 
This role sits at the heart of business intelligence, supporting leadership with actionable insights to improve efficiency, revenue, and service quality.

 Key Responsibilities
•Collect, clean, and analyze data across operational, financial, and patient systems
•Develop dashboards and performance reports for real-time decision-making
•Monitor key KPIs (patient flow, utilization, conversion rates, service turnaround)
•Identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
•Support revenue assurance and detect leakage risks
•Strengthen internal controls and compliance monitoring
•Analyze patient behavior, marketing performance, and ROI
•Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance standards
•Provide strategic insights for planning, pricing, and resource allocation

 What We’re Looking For
•Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, or related field (Master’s is an advantage)
•3–5 years’ experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or performance analysis
•Strong skills in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
•Advanced Excel and analytical modeling capability
•Experience in healthcare or service-based environments is a plus
•High attention to detail, strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
•Ability to translate data into clear business insights
