Therefore, we train young, recent college or university graduates or undergraduates on data collection methods/tools and ethics and protocols in data collection. We recruit data collectors from this pool of trained, young, enthusiastic nationals who work on our multi-country data collection portfolio. Requirement for Data Collectors
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in social sciences, humanities, research methods, etc.
Minimum one year’s experience in qualitative and quantitative data collection of research (your undergraduate research work), humanitarian projects in one or more of the following areas: WASH, Nutrition, Health, Agriculture, Child Protection, Education, Supply Chain.
Minimum 1-year experience in using mobile phone tools or a computer
Fluency in English, French, Portuguese, and Arabic languages desirable
Nationals from any African country
Multilingualism and proficiency in the official language of any African country, as well as English, will be considered advantages.
