Data Management & Analytics Manager

About the Role
VivaFemini is seeking a highly experienced, analytical and results-driven Data Management &
Analytics Manager to lead our organization-wide data management, analytics and business
intelligence functions.
We are looking for a technically proficient leader who can build and manage a high performing
team of Data Engineers and Data Analysts, establish robust data infrastructure and transform
complex business information into actionable intelligence.
You will be responsible for developing VivaFemini's enterprise data management framework integrating data across departments and delivering comprehensive executive, financial,
operational, clinical and commercial performance dashboards.
Working closely with the CEO and departmental leaders, you will ensure that reliable, accurate
and timely data supports strategic decisions, operational efficiency, financial performance,
regulatory compliance and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities
1. Data Strategy & Enterprise Data Management
● Develop and implement VivaFemini's organisation-wide data management, analytics and
business intelligence strategy.
● Establish a centralised approach to collecting, processing, integrating, storing, analysing
and reporting organisational data.
● Develop enterprise data architecture, data governance frameworks, data standards and
data management policies.
● Establish and maintain a reliable single source of truth for approved organisational
performance indicators.
● Oversee data integration across the Company's digital platforms, financial systems, CRM,
HR systems, clinical operations and other business applications.

Requirements & Qualifications
● Bachelor's degree in data science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics,
Information Systems, Engineering or a related discipline.
● Minimum of 8 years of progressive professional experience in data management, data
engineering, business intelligence, analytics or related functions, including substantial
experience leading technical data teams.
● Demonstrated experience managing Data Engineers, Data Analysts or multidisciplinary
data and analytics teams.
● Proven experience developing and implementing enterprise data strategies, data
architectures and business intelligence solutions.
● Strong experience designing and maintaining data warehouses, data pipelines and
integrated enterprise reporting environments.

Additional Advantages
● A postgraduate qualification in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science,
Statistics or a related discipline.
● Recognized professional certifications in cloud data engineering, business intelligence,
data management or analytics.
● Previous experience leading enterprise data and business intelligence functions within a
technology, healthcare, financial services or other data-intensive organization.
● Experience building an organization-wide data function from the ground up.
● Advanced experience with Zoho Analytics, Google Big Query, Looker Studio, Firebase
and GA4.
● Experience integrating Zoho applications, including Zoho CRM, Zoho People, Zoho
Projects and Zoho Desk, into enterprise reporting environments.
