Job Description:
Our client, a leading player in Ghana’s digital infrastructure and telecommunications ecosystem, is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Digital Infrastructure Partnership Manager to lead strategic enterprise initiatives, partnerships, and ecosystem development programmes.
This role is ideal for a forward-thinking professional with strong experience in enterprise solutions, strategic partnerships, business development, and programme execution within telecoms, technology, or digital infrastructure environments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and packaging of enterprise connectivity and digital infrastructure solutions.
Drive strategic partnerships with technology providers, OEMs, ISPs, cloud providers, and ecosystem stakeholders.
Build and manage a pipeline of enterprise and partnership opportunities.
Lead strategic programme implementation and stakeholder coordination.
Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver commercial and strategic initiatives.
Conduct market intelligence and provide strategic insights to leadership.
Represent the organisation in high-level stakeholder engagements and industry forums.
Manage and mentor the Enterprise & Partnerships Coordinator.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, ICT, Telecommunications, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
Master’s degree or MBA will be an added advantage.
Minimum of 5–8 years’ relevant experience in enterprise sales, partnerships, business development, strategy, consulting, telecoms, technology, or digital infrastructure.
Proven experience in solution development, partnership structuring, and programme/project leadership.
Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management capability.
Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and analytical skills.
Preferred Background
Candidates with experience in telecoms, enterprise technology, digital infrastructure, cloud services, AI, IoT, or smart ecosystem solutions will have a strong advantage.
