GTBank Ghana is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing & Growth Lead to spearhead the Bank’s digital marketing and growth agenda, achieving a unified, impactful, and insight-driven brand presence across all digital platforms. This position will drive campaigns, measure ROI, and optimize digital and professional experiential platforms.
The role will oversee end-to-end campaign delivery from ideation and production to leveraging data, market insights, and innovative digital tactics to advance the Bank’s growth agenda.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Campaign & Brand Management
- Plan, develop and execute integrated marketing communication campaigns that support GTBank Ghana’s brand, business objectives, and market positioning.
- Build plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy for GTBank.
- Manage the Bank’s digital advertising and promotional experiential programs.
- Oversee all GTBank social media accounts, website and product microsites.
Content Creation & Copywriting
- Lead content strategy development across platforms, including social media, website, advertising, internal communications.
- Develop high-quality editorial and visual content, ensuring clarity, relevance and brand alignment.
Digital & Social Media Management
- Oversee social media strategy, content calendar, community management, and real-time engagement.
- Monitor online media audits where the Bank advertises to ensure compliance with 3rd parties and media houses.
Reporting & Research & Analytics
- Measure and report on campaign performance and ROI.
- Conduct market research to inform digital marketing strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in marketing communications or advertising.
- Proven ability to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
- Strong background in content creation, copywriting, campaign management, and digital marketing.
- Solid understanding of digital analytics and reporting.
