Requirements
-Minimum 3 years work experience in early childhood environment
-International school experience preferred
-Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
-Knowledge of Montessori and Cambridge curriculum
-Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills
-Experience supervising and mentoring teachers
-Passion for high-quality early childhood education
