Education & Skills:
• First degree in any discipline preferably computer science or engineering
• ITIL Foundation Certification
• MCSE and above (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, details to be provided to CUSTOMERS for verification)
OTHERS
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in inventory management
• Working knowledge of Incident Management process and Service Desk function in line with ITIL standards
• Working knowledge of desktop setup and deployment
• Desktop Image setup and provisioning
• Working knowledge of iPad, Android, and other mobile devices support

Roles & Responsibilities:
• PC setup and Installation
• PC Image deployment and update
• Companywide device purchase and deployment management
• Device investigation and new technology deployment
• Vendor Management
• Troubleshooting incidents and escalating to 3rd party hardware support
• PC software and hardware configuration, installation, and troubleshooting
• Fault diagnosis, analysis, and resolution
• Communication with customers
• Achievement of customer service and satisfaction levels
• PC moves and roll out as part of IS Projects
• Pro-Active and Routine PC Maintenance
• Regular anti-virus updates and problem resolution
• Security patch exception updates and problem resolution
• End user training via customer information sharing sessions
