Role Overview:
* We are seeking an ERP Support Analyst to support Finance in strengthening the reliability, consistency and governance of financial reporting within Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O). The role will focus on accounting rules mapping, reporting template configuration and system-driven controls across FMBCH Group.
* This is a strong entry-level role offering hands-on exposure to ERP systems, automation tools, and cross-functional finance-IT experience accelerating skill development and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities
Accounting Rules Mapping & Controls:
* Configure and maintain accounting rules within D365 F80 to align with IFRS and internal policy.
* Support Finance in embedding rule logic for journal entries, allocations and reporting flows.
* Ensure mapped rules are documented, tested and auditable.
Reporting Template Management:
* Build and refine financial reporting templates for monthly, quarterly and annual outputs.
* Ensure templates reflect correct data sources, entity-level logic and governance requirements.
* Collaborate with Finance or any other sub / core system and IT to validate template outputs and resolve discrepancies.
* Assist in Power BI report development following coding standards
* Support version control for report changes and monitor performance
System Administration & Support:
* Monitor ERP reporting modules for accuracy, completeness and field performance.
* Assist in troubleshooting report and issues and coordinating fixes with IT.
* Support Finance in preparing board grade outputs using ERP-driven data
* Support the development and management or Ms Dynamics batch jobs and power automate flows
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
* Work closely with Finance, IT and Shared Services to align reporting logic and system configuration.
* Participate in testing and rollout of ERP enhancements related to reporting and controls.
* Keep integration and reporting documentation current with system changes
Skills, Knowledge, and Competencies:
* Familiarity with financial control environments.
* Strong problem-solving, analytical and documentation skills
* Exposure to reporting tools and template design within ERP systems
* Ability to work independently end manage timelines across multiple entities
* Detail-oriented, deadline-driven and collaborative
Qualifications and Experience:
* Degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance or related
* Experience in banking services is an added advantage.
