Event assistant

*☄️Part-time Event assistant*

Job type: Part-time (5- 10hrs per week). Weekend availability required for events

The Role: 

We are seeking a young versatile and detail-oriented person willing to wear multiple hats and be the backbone of our operations. Should reside in Harare City. Should be between 18 and 30 years. 

Responsibilities: 

• Event setups
• Customer communication 

Required Skills:

• Multi-tasking
• Creative
• Good English speaking and writing - O level pass grade 
• Physically able to lift, carry and move decor items 
• Available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends 
• Able to handle all client communication during business hours 
• Experience in hospitality or events or admin is an added advantage 
• Willing to go through unpaid trainings
