Key Responsibilities (Event, Creative & Broadcast)
Event Management:
• Plan and coordinate all aspects of events (e.g., corporate functions, social events, product launches, conferences).
• Manage vendor relations, logistics, timelines, and budgets.
• Oversee event setup, execution, and post-event debriefs.
• Ensure smooth on-ground coordination and exceptional guest experiences.
• Liaise with internal teams and clients to capture vision and deliver aligned outcomes.
Creative Development:
• Conceptualize visual themes and storytelling for events, campaigns, and media content.
• Design or guide the creation of event branding, invitations, social media content, signage, and presentation materials.
• Collaborate with graphic designers, videographers, photographers, and copywriters.
• Stay updated with trends in design, events, and audience engagement techniques.
• Support content creation for promotional campaigns, including scripts, posters, and highlight reels.
Broadcast:
• Plan, coordinate, and execute live and recorded broadcasts for events or special campaigns.
• Operate or supervise broadcast equipment including cameras, lighting, microphones, and streaming software.
• Ensure high-quality audio-visual standards are maintained during broadcasts.
• Collaborate with content teams to script and direct live or pre-recorded segments.
• Monitor broadcast performance and troubleshoot any real-time issues to ensure seamless
delivery.
Qualifications
Must be a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and worthy of a temple recommend.
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing / Digital Marketing, Hospitality & Tourism Management, Business Administration, Public Relations, Fine Arts / Design .
Work Experience: 8 to 10 yrs of experience, demonstrated through a professional portfolio.
Skills & Competencies
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
• Strong visual, aesthetic, and storytelling ability.
• Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, and event management software.
• Excellent communication (verbal , written communication skills) and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Flexibility to work evenings/weekends as required by event schedules.
• Critical visual thinking and problem-solving skills who demonstrate sound judgement when dealing with conflicts that can come up in any given project.
Preferred
• Experience in digital media production or marketing campaigns.
• Basic video editing or graphic design skills.
• Familiarity with social media strategy and content planning.
