Role Overview
We are looking for a reliable and resourceful Executive Assistant to support a Managing Director who is in the process of setting up a new business in Ghana.
This role is very hands-on and requires someone who can move things forward quickly. Beyond administrative support, you will be expected to use your initiative, local knowledge, and network to get things done efficiently.
You should be comfortable navigating systems, dealing with people, and finding practical solutions without needing constant direction.
Key Responsibilities
• Take the lead in setting up a functional office space, including furniture, internet, utilities, and basic operations
• Source and purchase items required for daily running — SIM cards, office supplies, equipment, etc.
• Identify, engage, and manage reliable vendors and service providers
• Use your network and contacts to fast-track processes and resolve issues where needed
• Support company registration and follow up with relevant institutions to ensure timelines are met
• Manage the MD’s schedule, appointments, and day-to-day coordination
• Run key errands and ensure tasks are completed promptly
• Act as a local point of contact, helping the MD navigate business and operational processes in Ghana

Requirements
• A minimum of 2–4 years’ experience in an administrative or coordination role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with the Accra business environment
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google tools
• Previous experience working with senior management or expatriates is an added advantage
