Manage and prioritise the CCO's calendar, meetings, travel and engagements, serving as gatekeeper and handling sensitive information with discretion.
Coordinate country commercial updates, leadership review meetings, agendas, decisions, action items and deadlines.
Consolidate approved inputs from functional and country leads into accurate reports, dashboards, presentations and business-review packs.
Track CCO-sponsored strategic projects, milestones, dependencies and risks, following up with accountable owners to support timely delivery.
Draft and coordinate Board papers, executive correspondence and briefing materials, liaising with the Company Secretary and key stakeholders as required.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years' experience supporting a C-suite executive, preferably in a multi-country organisation.
Excellent executive report writing, minute-taking, coordination and stakeholder-management skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, particularly presentation and spreadsheet tools.
Strong project-tracking ability, judgement, attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality.
Experience preparing Board or executive materials and managing competing priorities under time pressure.
