FACILITY MANAGER

Job Description
- Oversee all aspects of facility operations including maintenance, security, landscaping, and common area management.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs for all buildings, amenities, and infrastructure.
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address maintenance issues.
- Manage relationships with contractors, vendors, and service providers.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Coordinate emergency response procedures and crisis management protocols.
- Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate work schedules.
- Negotiate contracts with service providers to ensure competitive pricing.
- Oversee security personnel and access control systems.
- Address resident concerns and maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
- Maintain comprehensive records of maintenance activities, warranties, and contracts.
