Extech Agricultural Services, in collaboration with Ayden Ventures, is hiring dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Farm Operations Staff to support our expanding agricultural operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in land preparation, planting, and harvesting
- Farm clearing, irrigation, and crop care activities
- Apply fertilizers and approved farm inputs as directed
- Support produce sorting, packaging, and loading
- Maintain farm tools and equipment
- Follow safety and farm operational guidelines
Qualification
- BSc in Agriculture or related fields.
- SHS or willingness to do the work.
- Basic farming knowledge or experience is an advantage.
- Must be reliable, disciplined, and able to work in a team.
