 A fast-growing real estate and construction company seeking a smart, professional, proactive, and highly organized Female Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting daily administrative and front desk operations while ensuring effective communication and coordination within the organization.

The successful candidate must possess excellent communication skills, strong administrative abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk operations and ensure a professional reception environment
  • Receive and direct phone calls, emails, and client inquiries professionally
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate management calendars
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain office documents, reports, records, and correspondence
  • Maintain accurate filing systems and company records for easy retrieval
  • Support management with daily administrative and operational tasks
  • Assist in coordinating office activities and internal communication
  • Ensure office supplies and equipment are properly monitored and maintained
  • Welcome visitors and clients while providing excellent customer service
  • Prepare meeting minutes, reports, and other official documents when required
  • Ensure a clean, organized, and efficient office environment at all times
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders where necessary


Requirements & Qualifications

  • Degree, HND, or Diploma in Administration, Secretaryship, Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a secretarial, front desk, or administrative role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Good interpersonal and customer service abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Professional appearance, positive attitude, and high level of discretion
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
