Job Summary:
Lead the finance and accounting department, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial statements and reports.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and audits.
- Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards.
- Lead and mentor the finance team.
Requirements:
- CPA, ACCA, or equivalent certification.
- 7+ years of relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of international finance practices.
- Expatriate experience and multilingual skills preferred.
