FirstSpirit Solution Architect

 Responsibilities:

• Lead team meetings with project managers to discuss new initiatives, allocate resources, and ensure proper staffing for projects.
• Oversee project budgets, track developer time entries, and manage offers/invoices through BCS to maintain financial control.
• Map the product features and plan integrations 
• Take full ownership of small to medium project outcomes, ensuring timely delivery and quality results.
• Efficiently organise personal tasks and deadlines while accurately estimating project effort and resources.
• Provide expert support for customer projects and guide new customers through technical onboarding in the cloud.
• Act as the architect and project manager for customer implementations, ensuring project success from start to finish.
• Deliver architecture training sessions for customers and partners, while offering valuable feedback and customer insights to the product team.
• Map the functional requirements of the customer to a technical architecture within the Digital Experience Platform (DXP)

Your skills

• Fluency in English
• Familiar with CMS Systems and their concepts (FirstSpirit preferred)
• Experience with both frontend and backend Technologies like React, Javascript, Java
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
• Conduct workshops, training and show presentations
• Ability to translate functional requirements (customer) to technical requirements (developers)
