Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the safety and security of passengers and crew throughout the flight.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while addressing passenger needs professionally.
  • Perform pre-flight checks, demonstrate safety procedures, and assist during boarding and disembarkation.
  • Respond to in-flight emergencies and provide first aid when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed reports related to flight incidents or cabin activity.
  • Work collaboratively with the cabin crew and ground staff to ensure a seamless travel experience.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role; prior airline experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset.
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
  • Professional appearance and conduct.
  • Must meet airline safety, height, and health requirements (as per global aviation standards).
  • Valid passport with the ability to travel internationally.
