We are seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the food and beverage department.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and train food and beverage staff, including servers, bartenders, and hosts/hostesses.
- Ensure excellent customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns.
- Manage inventory, including ordering supplies, tracking inventory levels, and minimizing waste.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Monitor and control food and beverage costs, labor costs, and other expenses.
- Implement and enforce policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Handling cash and payment processes, managing cashiers and bartenders.
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and develop staff training plans.
Requirements
- HND in hospitality management or related field. A certified hospitality certification is a plus.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in food and beverage supervision or management preferably in a hotel or resort environment.
- Knowledge in HACCP or ISO Food Safety Management Systems.
- Knowledge in kitchen operations.
