French Teacher – Preschool

Location: Oak of Honour Nursery

Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in an international preschool setting

Job Overview:

Oak of Honour Nursery is seeking a passionate and experienced French Teacher to join our preschool team. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in early childhood education, with at least five years of experience teaching French in an international preschool environment. You should be enthusiastic about nurturing young children and collaborating with their parents to support their development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging French lessons tailored to preschool children.
• Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment.
• Use age-appropriate teaching aids and methodologies to encourage language learning.
• Assess and track each child’s progress in language development.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to support a well-rounded curriculum.
• Maintain open and effective communication with parents about their child’s progress and development.
• Ensure a safe and supportive learning environment for all children.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of teaching French in an international preschool.
• Degree or certification in Early Childhood Education, French, or a related field.
• Excellent command of spoken and written French and English.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for working with young children.
• Familiarity with international early childhood education standards is a plus.
